1. Bring Nature into your home~ Natural plants and flowers livens up your headquarters, and brings such a peaceful/zen environment to our sometimes chaotic lives.
2. Exercise~ A run or a fun cardio class for at least 30 minutes induces the body with feel good endorphins, which then enhances every part of your life. Also veggies, fruit, water, and tea cleanses the body of any toxins and gives you energy and great skin!
3. Meditate~Whether you are religious or not, meditating for at least 10 minutes, centers the body soul and mind, therefore increasing brain function, relieves stress, and a peace of mind.
How to: Sit on the floor with your back straight, Light a candle to add inspiration and silence the mind, while concentrating on one thought at a time and if you'd like you can repeat a mantra to help ease the experience.
4. Give and you shall receive~ Whether it be charity work or cleaning your closet and giving all that you do not need to others, this will put your positive energy out into the universe therefore creating more opportunities and blessings to come your way. Personally, giving and being of aid to those in need gives me such an inspiration to be a better person and not to take anything for granted and truly give thanks for everything that I have achieved and been blessed with.
5. Family/Friends~Your family and real friends are the people that do not judge you and have your best interest at heart. They love you no matter what, and when you are down and out, they will be there to advise and help you get back on track. The reason that I am who I am and where I am today is defintely because of the guidance, love, and advice that has been given from the people closest to me. They inspire and motivate me on every level and I dont know what I would do if I did not have such a great support system. So, to all those out there, surround yourself with positive, loving and influential people and the skys the limit!
